Terms & Conditions: Outlining Contractual terms for sale of services on and off line to work with the Research terrier and its associates.
- Quotations: All requests for quotations under the following service offers of A. Literature reviews, B. Reports C Creative development (Prices negotiated individually. Price on Assessment of prior works) will be provided under a no fee obligation.
- Orders: Will be accepted subject to agreeable terms with the business client.
- Copyright: The Research terrier will produce all the material produced for the business client and retain copies. All creative works created by the Research terrier including all IP, Data Protection will be subject to English Law (and where necessary International IP laws). Permission is to be sort to use any further Research terrier material and Cooling Towers Productions©
- Security: The Research terrier will ensure matters of confidentiality, communications during commissioned works and will do its best to comply with Information security, Data Protections, Freedom of Information (where necessary), social media communications during the commission.
- Privacy: The company will not disclose any information about the customer without the customers express permission.
- Statutory rights: All restrictions of liability contained in the agreement take effect to the full extent of the law of England, but they shall not be limited to the Customer’s statutory rights.
